We provide home delivery across India. To ensure wider delivery coverage, especially to different locations across the country, we primarily use India Post for shipping.

We also use Shiprocket and its courier partners for selected shipments depending on the delivery location and service availability.

Delivery Time

Delivery time may vary depending on your location, courier service and other delivery conditions. The estimated delivery time will be communicated after your order is confirmed.

Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared with you when available. You can use the tracking information to check the status of your shipment.

Delivery Address

Please make sure that your name, phone number and complete delivery address are entered correctly while placing your order. Muzn Perfumes is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible with your Order Number.

For any return or replacement request, an unboxing video recorded continuously from the sealed parcel before opening until the product is fully unpacked is required. The video should clearly show the parcel, shipping label and the product received.

Claims without a proper unboxing video may not be eligible for return or replacement.
